For all I tried out Visa is Visa and Master is Master.(i.e. taking out cash from a chinese ATM in China with a german Visa was no problem) They both work. As for amazon, since I can buy from chinese amazon z.cn with a german visa I don't see why you can't buy from amazon for different regions. You just need to register again for the wanted amazon region site.
As for e-shop cards... never tried it out since I dont have the newest update anymore... T.T

while you guys are waiting im eating lots of meat ready to shit on a printout of gateways website and then im gunna take a pic and email them saying i found a bug and then say the attached jpg is a picture of the code tring made by the bug then when they open it they'll have to find a new email guy

I didn't get to download any demos, only got my n3ds hours before 9.3

Should mario kart JPN rom on NA 3ds work to download play with JP n3ds? I couldn't even get that to work.
