Yes i tried that. But when i do the last part my sd dont have that dir, only when i dont have the emunand on the sd, the dir is there to change that 2 files.

the devmenu should be in your emunand first, you will have to unwrap it then you will be able to see it in sysnand but you cant use it in sysnand.

This is definitely interesting to see people fawn over even though its execution is less than optimal in comparison. It's similar to watching people managing to get icons in the wrong places on the PSP on QJ years ago. It's like a stepping stone to much more, but, alas, I'll probably wait for that day. Messing with this now is just something I'd use to establish myself as someone who was there and able to see it in action.

I tried to install either GovanifY's or palantines CFW.
I only get a Top Bluescreen and mixed White or Black Bottom Screen.

Tried it over 30 times which each CFW nothing seems to work.
Using the right ropChain and the correct files & launcher.dat and everything is like in the tutorial.

Did you get a white screen at any of the attempts? That means something is wrong with the NAND in your SD card.

Also did you try doing the way I wrote here?

Whitescreen only on the bottom, top one is always blue.
I get an Error when i use the .bat:

It still creates the CFW_NAND.bin though.

And when i copy the fsutil.exe from my System32 folder into the directory where the .bat is i get this:

vTVU16l.png

Still doesn't work with either of those as my redNAND.
