Yea, I tried installing a cia from the dev menu. It seems like it wants to show up, and if I launch from the programs tab, an "sd card has been removed" error screen appears.

if you don't want to share your work it's ok but don't show it to the public,when you tell people about your "cfw" or any other program you have codded there is ALWAYS a chance that someone leaks it.
it's not the first time something like this happens,there have been cases of actual hackers breaking into coders computers and stealing everything they had :|

Of course a 12 year old would complain about someone stealing and subsequently leaking something they've worked on. So would a 22, 32, 42 etc etc year old. It's not like it's outlandish behavior for someone to be upset that someone went against their wishes and puts it out in the public. Honestly, this whole post is oddly ridiculous. you didn't get my point,i'm saying that those actual devs should get over it,continue working on their projects,the reason this cfw was leaked is because they were sharing too much information about their work(while they didn't want to publish it) and because they trusted someone they shouldn't have.
in this kind of scene you can't trust anyone,let's not forget what's the main purpose of hacking consoles and messing around with games and consoles is.
devs are overreacting,imo the best response was to just ignore GovaniFYand this cfw.

LOL. This really shows how much disinformation thare is out there. That running is one of the cfw i've done.
There aren't any 9.X Keys, just 7.X ones. And, it runs on newer firmware.

Outside of that, however, it's very obvious that this shouldn't have been released in its current incarnation. People are reporting it barely works when installing. People are reporting how after installation, it doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do. I'm glad this thing exists to show that it can be done – and be done with without the need a flashcart – but it goes to show how people are eager to get whatever's new. There's literally no concrete reason any person would use this; it's essentially a WIP. Actually, that's literally what it is.

3DS-CFW won't work on my 3DS.
Can anyone help me?

What I did:
1.

sudo dd if=NAND.BIN of=/dev/mmcblk0 seek=1

2. Copy the files in 3DS_STUFF to root directory of SD card.
3. Exploit with L trigger
-> It worked.
4.

ctrclient --serveradr=192.168.1.76 --customcmd="installcia:1,0 helloworld.cia"

-> ctrclient: failed to connect
5. Reboot
6. Exploit again with L trigger
-> It won't work.

How you came to "most people" with my post being only a minute old at the time of your post, I will never understand.

Anyway, the very obvious reason is you showing a clear lack of empathy over someone's wishes and you're using that as a tool to boost yourself up on a high horse for quite literally no reason.
