Unfortunately, it's still up (for me anyway).
No update just yet.

strange ,oh well if it is up for everyone that is my isp problem :) del the topic still doesnt show on my browser though

the website is up and probably the update will happen on the start of the week, so you can expect the update being launched at monday

What makes you say that?
they've send a email on day 04/02 to a user (who has posted it somewhere on this forums) saying that they're certainly are going to release the 2.0 update in 2 weeks, considering that all their releases are made on the begining of the week, the release will happen between day 17/02 and 18/02

Hahah, I love all this speculation. And all this because GW doesn't give any official answer/date ever :P

it is not a speculation, it is a estimative.
Considering:
V1.2 09/09/2013 - MONDAY
V2.0b1 01/12/2013 - SUNDAY
V2.02b 23/12/2013 - MONDAY
and this:

they're probably launching between 16/02 and 18/02
im not saying im 100% sure that will be the release date, because they are going to release it when they want, they can even never release it, who knows.
Again, its an estimative not a speculation.

The site goes down every once in a while. Also if they would need to take down the entire fucking site just to upload an update I wouldn't trust them with my 3DS's safety if you paid me for it.

Ok, an estimative... I estimate Spain is going to win the soccer world cup, based on the last time xD

maybe they release it on friday (St Valentine's day. They seem so match amrican special dates.

Based on the last time

Like Arras said you don't have to take down an entire website for hours to share an update file. 99% of the time you do something along the lines of FTPing the new file in and posting an announcement topic linking to it. You do all of that while the site is live.
