Remod you wii using modmii.

Seems to me there's a lot more going on.
Do you have bootmii installed in boot2?
If that is the case you could use ohneswanzenegger to build a clean nand.

WARNING: THIS IS ADVANCED STUFF anD CAN EASILY MAKE YOUR WII USELESS IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!

I remodded my console using ModMii, and yet I am still getting corrupt file error.

I think ohneswanzenegger is your best bet then. It won't touch your current BootMii installed as Boot2 when you "restore" the clean NAND dump you make with it so there's no worry about any permanent problems. Just make a real NAND backup from your Wii in it's current state before you start so if anything goes wrong you can just go back to that.

(Better yet, if you HAPPEN to have an old BootMii NAND backup from before you had this problem, you could always just save the trouble and restore that.)
EDIT : if you're interested, here's some other tools similar to it if you want to take a look:

Guess I spoke too soon. After having the wii powered down for a while the disc drive lit up indicating a message, and upon turning it on I got the lovely corruption message again. I'll have to try restoring the nand again, but make sure not to update the OS this time and see what happens.

And thats it, I pronounce it dead. I tried restoring the nand and after reboot I get no video at all. Can't load into priiloader. Nothing.

Are you sure it wasn't taking a long time to load?

Use your previous nand to set up the boot and then download a completely clean nand? If that's the case, it usually takes a while to load up to set up the settings.

Well, I doubt it was a long load time; you could always try it again and see if it helps.

Also, you could always buy a NAND repair service for bricked Wii's.

You still have bootmii@boot2 so what is the problem?

How much do Nand repair services go for? The Wii is so cheap now that it may not even be worth it. Plus I plan on buying a Wii U soon.

First of all, what game where you trying to save/ play?

Did you format your NAND DUMP using Ohneswanzenneger?
If you keep getting this error, there might be something else that is faulty. on the other hand you bootmii restore would have been unsuccesfull...
Are you SURE you did'nt restore your faulty dump?

I did used Ohneswanzenneger to format the NAND and bootmii said it installed successfully, yet when the console rebooted I got no video or audio despite waiting over an hour for it to come on.

I am debating if I want to waste my money on a savemii device when I plan on getting a Wii U in the near future.

SaveMii is obsolete, so don't bother. It just runs recovery mode, which is essentially useless. It also wouldn't help you here even if it weren't obsolete.

If you put your original nand back (the one giving the system corrupt message), can you get the wii booting in maintenance mode again?

If so, try this: http://www.det1re.de/d/hb/mailbox_brick_fix-det1re.rar I'd advise downloading a newer version of FSToolbox. The r50 that comes in the package is horribly outdated. If it asks for an IOS to use, any cIOS should do.

I am unable to get any video or audio from the wii. I've even tried the method of using the gamecube controller pressing all 4 directions on the dpad in port 4 but still no display. I got a wii u, so I don't even know if I should waste any more time on this.

Launch bootmii through boot2.
