I just got an email from Amazon stating I'm getting refunded $10 for my order of Kid Icarus Uprising. I don't remember them reducing the price any time before the release date, but it says "You saved $10.00 with Amazon.com's Pre-order Price Guarantee!". So, I not only got the game for $30 in a sense, but I also got the 3D Classic for free too. Thanks Amazon!

I hope kid icarus gets in the eshop soon. Just got my 5 preorder cards and btw the game is awesome. I give it a 9-10 out of 10 rating seriously. I love it!

You can already get it, just go to "settings and other" and "redeem code" and tada! instant Kid icarus 3DS Clasisc

Europe has access to the 3D Classic via usual pay-n-download. NA has access via pre-order download code, but not pay-n-download.

Just got home and checked the E-Shop... you're right, it's not available in North America except preorder. My mistake!

Gamestop just started giving out the codes before it is officially release on the e-Shop. so, yes if you buy it through their website they'll email you a code, however you need a valid credit or debit card to make a purchase. here is the link if anyone is interested.
