It is partially vibe-coded (Co-authored by: Sisyphus) and has a really shitty license (non-compete?! this is supposed to be a free software project). I hope there will indeed be a competing project... this stinks, even if the functionality may be there.

I presume that there will be a really long time until Switch support actually dies, so there should be plenty more time to do research and re-implement this from scratch. If the authors don't budge about the license, at least (and even then, I wouldn't trust a sloppy code base).

So the source code is not trustworthy? I feel the web sketchy. Everytime I access their web my CPU go up like crazy.

The site being slow and unoptimised doesn't necessarily mean anything and I'm not saying it's not trustworthy, I wouldn't write the project off as malware. The principle is the problem and I have strong doubts about the project.

In my case, the site loads almost-instant.
Could it be based on servers? Even though they are from france and I'm from Argentina, cpu doesn't change usage, from 3% to 7% at most.
