you know unity and unreal engine right, those are just some extra names to know something about the nature of the game. Unreal engine tend to have large offset, Unity tend to have small offset. Game made with these two you are familiar with and can be happily using the skills you have developed to make cheats, those other engine you are not familiar with and the method you are familiar with mostly don't work with them.

Search for u8 or u16. Usually old game is likely static relative to the emulator memory start. When you search for pointer the first offset is big. You can normally see how big by looking at the code at access it. It is usually having two register to get the address such as [x9, x8], one is the memory base and the other static offset from that base.

i find ppl here are pretty nice, if you want to have it a go at asm show example of your codes and ppl guess what you are try to write like

that just simple example there will be more complicated. Self study is more then ask without doing it, even someone show you will not remember when run into similar case
