Hey I extracted my save file with JKSV and edited it afterwards in Pkhex to just change some gender, alpha and ball values on my pokemon and when I turned the file back into a .zip and restored the save with JKSV, there is an error saying "Backup contains no meta data!" and when I start the game it loads into the language option at the start of the intro. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

This error occurs because you're creating a .zip file from the folder. You need to create the .zip file by selecting the files directly... I also had this problem and found the solution on Reddit.

Example of an incorrect structure: .zip(folder>files)

The correct structure would be: .zip(files)

I don't know if I explained it correctly, but that's it.

This has been asked in the thread previously and the answer given is "No" because this isn't something the game allows as a mechanic so there is no way to force it with a cheat.

Question for someone who has specifically purchased all of the clothing/fashion in game up to the Mission Rank A...

Once you pass this part of the game does more clothing unlock in the shops? Or, alternatively, if you have purchased all of the clothing and opened your save in PkHex are there more hidden/secret/obtainable clothing/fashion items that aren't already owned?

I'm currently in rank B just before the promotion match right now. I marked all outfits I didn't have in PKHeX as owned except for tops, bottoms, and all-in-ones, which I'll buy manually.

Let me see if I can report back if more options open up after Rank A and onwards.

Let me explain: if I activate the cheat with "infinite max Mega Evolution" and during a battle I want to switch Pokémon, the Pokémon chosen second can't activate Mega Evolution because it's still active on Pokémon 1. I don't know if I made myself clear.

Using that cheat you can keep a pokemon mega evolved without running out of energy but due to game mechanics you cannot have more than one mega pokemon active at a time. The pokemon either needs to be in a trainer battle and the battle ends or it needs to faint in order to end it's mega forme. Only then can you mega another pokemon.

i need some help i try playing the game on update 1.0.1 but it wont launch i turn off all cheats and mods but still wont run.

my other issue is when i am playing the game just fine on 1.0.0 the game does just randoml;y crashes while im playing idk why here are screenshits of my setting im using Ryubing (ryujinx fork) ver 1.3.97. i only have like 4 cheats on and one mod on the 60fps mod beta 3

Try not to use cheats because they're usually not for emulators. It's easier to buy a Switch and It's maybe cheaper than a PC or smartphone now if you love to play switch. I'm confused about which cheats are for the original Switch and which are for the emulator.

Any cheat that has a button trigger is usually for the console itself. Other codes which dont rely on a trigger are able to be used on emulator (usually, at least in my experience) as they are just turned on and off with the cheat manager in the emulator.

That said... I haven't heard of people getting 1.0.1 update to work reliably and since it's mainly for trading related things with Nintendo Services you don't *really* need it to play the game. I have finished the main story without needing it and now that PkHex is updated you will be able to generate the pokemon that trading would have been previously needed for.

hey guys! Sorry for vanishing all of a sudden, i got really busy with Work and Uni. But I'm glad to see that PKHeX has updated to be able to edit PLZA Saves! If there's a feature you're missing from PKHeX don't mind hitting me up
Quick Stats for people who are interested: In my downtime there have been 12,373 saves handled by my recovery web app and 2,462 saves that used the web save editor, with >3k unique users per day and an average bandwidth of 9GB per day! I never expected this to grow this big, thanks for everything! And as said, if there's anything missing from PKHeX hmu! I will still try to maintain the plza recovery scripts and will probably create a holistic web save editor

I have but the one that was provided by Az91 doesn't work like it's supposed to bc it also made the opponent pokemon invincible as well.

what did you mention by "malfunctional"? I used pkHex and it worked properly with its basic functions: inventory edit and Pokemon edit. It still needs to be updated to fully support more data structure from Legends ZA, encounter data as well as legal check through. But it still basically works right now.

And you must be new to pkHex to say they should have pull and delay, because pkHex has been always released and updated from time to time like that. Not like developers can properly understand all game data within a few week.

Calling it malfunctional is misleading.

You can't create pokemon over the legal level that can obey you legally in the game without them still disobeying you no matter what you set the OT to and even if it's set to OT the lvl 100 pokemon created in pkhex still disobey you. For example I created 7 lvl 100 pokemon in pkhex and I'm only barely at the start of the game so only up to lvl 10 pokemon can actually obey me but usually if you set the trainer settings on the lvl 100 pokemon to OT in pkhex they will obey you even if you can actually only have lvl 10 pokemon obeying you however in the most recent update of pkhex no matter what the trainer settings are set to the pokemon over the legal level that can obey you where you currently are in the game will not obey you at all. So pkhex is malfunctional on the pokemon creation part which is basically the main part of pkhex. So the pokemon creation part of pkhex is not working correctly right now. And no I'm not new to pkhex bc I've been using it since it was originally called pokegen so Ik how it's supposed to work and I'm not new to software releases either so I can tell when a dev is trying to use people as beta testers without their permission. And that pkhex update is basically a beta update not a full release update. And I didn't give pkhex permission to use me as a beta tester.
