Yeah basically. There's only so much you can do to protect people from themselves. Maybe if enough people find out, others will finally stop fucking around.

We have legal standards for the safety of food production for a reason. Like, this isn't unique to milk, everything gets tested for contamination and bacteria and stuff because we at one point recognised that improving public health was a good thing.

If we can't sell meat with a ton of bacteria growing inside it, what's special about milk? Nothing besides that some people have figured out it sounds marketable and that they can convince others to pay extra for less work. If raw meat didn't taste bad the same would happen there.

So on one hand, we have public health. On the other, we have the rights of some influencers to make some extra money. It's a tricky debate.

Canada, some US states, various EU countries. For me it is legal but only under certain circumstances, you have to buy it directly from farms rather than from stores.

I had raw milk a few times, it tastes way better than pasteurized milk. Raw milk tastes a lot more "creamy". I personally cannot stand the taste of raw/pasteurized milk though, lol. I do love chocolate milk though.

I'm more butt hurt that they still haven't approved Novamin! I just want to buy my Novamin tooth paste in random stores, without having to import it from Canada and India. You can buy this shit for so cheap in Canada, but in the US, you have to import it, so it's like 3 times the cost!
