I don't know where you got those codes, but they aren't in the offical download from the main page or the confirmed ones added here. So that would be why they don't work.

QUICK NOTES (Things that you must know):

If you're using Citron and the 60 FPS Gameplay - 30 FPS Cutscene Mod:

Just drag the folder into your mods directory. When you open the folder, you'll see inside two folders: cheats and exefs. Both folders must be there. Otherwise the mod won't work properly.

If you're using Ryujinx:
Drag the FPS folder into the mods directory. Remember that you must enable the cheat
Right click on the Game -> Manage Cheats -> And tick the checkbox. If you don't do this, the mod won't work properly.

4K can be possible but IIRC what Fl4sh told me is that the game gets dark so that's why it's not included.

Regarding another aspect ratios that are not included: I don't do aspect ratio mods. That's up to Fl4sh. I higly doubt he want to do other aspect ratios but you can ask him.
Finally, I think I have left nothing unexplained, but here's another note for Field Of View:
Installation is the same as the FPS mod. However the cheat (is made to change the FOV in real time) will only work on Citron.

the player code reduce the damage by lsr (aka using logic shift right, so instead of 2x its /2)
the damage code for enemies is in 2 locations, now its possible to create the same options as the wiiu, but it would seriuously lengthen the cheat file with all of those options,

I tested Inf HP on emu and wasn't working. It made the game stays in a perma boot cycle after load a save. That's what I asked Fl4sh to give me a cheat while I was testing other stuff.

What exactly does the Level of Detail mod change?

I don't have a screenshot on Xenoblade to show it to you but here's a screenshot on Echoes Of Wisdom. It's supposed to increase the details of the walls, grass etc etc.
