Because there are no Republicans shooting places up, right? Not even trying to assassinate their own party candidate? I know people will bring up the 2nd Amendment about the right to bear arms, and I won't deny people have the privilege to own and bear arms. But that 2nd Amendment, to my understanding, was about bearing arms to protect the people from government. To defend themselves.
