Recently happen something similar, go for hamburguers to some home made sandwich, but when at home read the ingredients and:

The "Hamburguesa de la casa" (house's patty) becomes:

Ingredients: pork meat, soy's "texturized"protein, pork's protein, soy's "concentrated" protein, pork's collagen fiber (will god know what in the hell is that), salt, artificial flavor

So my patty have no beef at all. and I really hates vegetarian hamburgers.

Colagen, gets gelatinous when cooked/hot. So I'm assuming it's what they're using to keep everything together, like glue.

But yes, soy meat is fucking disgusting in both texture and flavor.

There's nothing like preparing your own meat at home.
