INSTINCT V6 Instal Fail for the NINJAS

Ive tried to instal this all day yesterday I still get ofw with everything disconnected, I get
red green purple orange purple white off every time

New multimeter just came ill give you my readings

I did actually bridge 3.3V I saw this in a few videos and this may be my issue
Using flex cable, willing to remove if need be,

Readings

3.3 v = 943
D = 750
A = 741
C = 606

Point b does not read from the pad on the back or on the chip as anything, ive tried the volts dc on my mustimeter but it must be poor quality

I have re flashed the chip with the firmware that come with it linked here

hmm you are testing the board without connecting it to the switch chassis and connecting the ribbon cables.
Im not sure if it would make a difference, but maybe try connecting everything back together and see if it does something different.

Also, a bit hard to tell, but SP2 looks like there may be a bridge on the last resistor to the SP2 cable.

What values are you getting for the SP1 and SP2 connections on the long and short cable points?

i thought that was odd aswell, modsville modder on youtube i washed him use diode on sp1 and sp2 and they beeped

He was getting a value to 13 ohms on the longer parts of the SP1 and SP2.
I also eventually also got 13 ohms once I cleared the solder bridge on my SP2

May be your CLK (D) point is not connected somehow.
Have you measured it from the point on the board as well with the ribbon cable connected?

I was facing the exact same error from usb serial on my first install attempt, but I went ahead and redid some of the points and now it's working properly. It was either clk, dat0 or the cpu flex, not sure which. Make sure you have ~0.5v diode on dat0 and clk, make sure you have 10-15ohms resistance between the small and large cpu flex pads. If everything checks out and it still doesn't work, try redoing clk.
