It's like a hacked version of Moonshell + original R4 Firmware combined.
It plays .NDS games and loads cheats just fine. Doesn't play music or videos, for that use Moonshell.
And I just tested to see if Moonshell2 skins work, and NO THEY DO NOT. Don't bother trying, it does absolutely nothing.
