This tool converts and re-signs PS1 and PS2 savegame files to PlayStation 3 .PSV save format.
The tool can also export .PSV PS3 files back to PS1 (.mcs) and PS2 (.psu) save formats.

- .max : PS2 ActionReplay Max File

- .psv : PS3 PSV File (to PS1 .mcs/PS2 .psu)
- Drag and drop a PS1 or PS2 save file onto the program. It will convert and resign it so that you may use with your PS3 through USB.

Some Apollo code added: extract .PSV files back to .mcs (PS1) and .psu (PS2) save-game formats.
PS2 save conversion: convert to PSV first, and then export PSV back to .psu.
For example:
Convert the PS2 savegame (.max, .cbs, .xps, etc) to PSV.
Use psv-save-converter again, on the generated .PSV (from step 1) and you'll get a .psu
