PS2 Exploit Utility was built to help people new to the ps2 exploiting scene create an independence exploit installer disc
quickly and easily with a built in Title.db, IPconfig, system.cnf generator, and the correct format every time.
Since then a number of extra features have been added. Read below!
Patched to remove date & update check on startup. This is to prevent the program from closing if an update was detected.
