Theme designed for use with Pico Launcher 1.3.0 or later - If the top screen doesn't look like the previews, you NEED to update!

A really simple theme from me today, for those who want a Vista / 7 -esque theme for their cart. It supports all viewports.
If you wish to have background music, copy a BGM folder across from one of my other themes. These 'basic' themes that I put out will mostly lack background music.
Installation instructions, troubleshooting, and some sarcasm is available in the included text document. Read that before telling me that the text is in the wrong place.
