This file belongs into USB:/sneek and sets the di module to PAL mode. This fixes the "Can't read disc" error in disc channel if you're using a PAL Wii.
It's only 00 00 00 02 in a file but as not all people know how to write binary files using a Hexeditor I uploaded it.
Teted with PAL games Wii Play and Metroid Prime Trilogy (MP1-3 and MP2 Multiplayer working).
