This is a PSD file of a template which I personally use for printing NDS skins for use with a crystal case. I modified the template from MadCatz so it prints as 300 dpi. The canvas size is 8.5x11, ready for printing on letter size paper (but can be adjusted accordingly in Photoshop).

@Xdqwerty, I am using Microsoft Launcher right now, it's OK but not that great. Used Nova Launcher for like 10 years but they got bought by an advertising company and then like all but one person who works on it got fired, so I don't use it anymore. I've heard really good things about Niagara Launcher but haven't personally tried it+1 -
