    @ZeroT21 if it doesn't work after the first 20 min doing it for longer isn't gonna help though, getting into the habit of doing it regularly for shorter periods is what helps

    and doing it for even shorter periods like 10 min to begin with is also ok if it helps you get in the habit

    @The Real Jdbye I understand the fact when you can't get into that calm state, the only other way i know of is to vent, but that has serious side effects
