This will install v1.0.8.3 of LittleWriter to be used in conjunction with a X-Rom linker cable, an X-Rom card, and a Windows machine (newer Windows versions are not compatible with the drivers found here).

this is great. I keep an offline no-ethernet enabled VM of windows xp sp2 for reflashing my x-rom 512 card and software like this is necessary.
