iiMii Maker (Interactive-Internet Mii) is a finished project I've been working on solely for about 2 years now while juggling my personal life. It's an ambitious PC/Mobile remake to Nintendo's official Mii Maker! The idea is to remove many of the superficial restrictions of Mii Maker, fix some of its issues and add more features.
There are so many features to iiMii Maker so I won't list all of them here but I partnered with a comedian Youtuber named SirenXY to give you guys a nice glimpse without getting too technical:

That's very strange. Can you ensure you have sufficient storage space (It's a very small app and only require maybe around 30Mb.) and permissions? Sometimes Android devices will say "App not installed." with no given reason for the above reasons or, unfortunately, "App not compatible" when it just doesn't have enough space or permissions.
