Here is some .cht files for fceu ulra gx (NES emulator on wii). This also works on other NES emulators that supprt .cht files.
Make sure to name the .cht file that corresponds to each rom name.
ex: mario.nes ==> mario.cht
The cheats folder goes in the fceugx folder on the root of your SD.
I'm still updating the list of cheats. so far it has pretty much all the basic games
