EZ4 delux/miniSD bootstrap restore

*DOES NOT WORK FOR COMPACT EDITION*Rewrites the updater in EZ4 OS NOR which allows recovery from non-booting state via using a different device to launch the program. May need to reinstate/update using ezflash_up.bin upgrade after using.Tested to work with EZ4 (miniSD) and EZ4-lite deluxe, compact edition uses different components and methods.Source minus bootstrap dump included, compiled binary has embedded dump for restore process.
