dsbuff - v1 Final

WB3000 has updated his NDS ROM editor to v1. While similar to the popular dslazy, it outperforms in several ways. Using the intuitive GUI, you can: Trim, DLDI Patch, (Un)Pack, Swap Arm7.bins, Edit the ROM Header (icon, text), and send the edited ROM right to your flashcart. Just like dslazy, dsbuff is a Windows .NET application.
