Down Port Example (batch file) 2021-04-12

Make GP4 with LibOrbisPkg, run this bat on dumped game directory, tweak GP4 to use the modified files, build PKG with LibOrbis PKG.

Required apps:

PYTHON_PATH=C:\python27-x64\python.exe
PKG_TOOL_PATH=C:\Program Files\LibOrbisPkg\PkgTool.exe

Versions set:

SDKVERSION=00.000.000
SYSVERSION=00.000.000

Wont work for all games, but should work for most without further tinkering.
