dldi gmtf2

This version has an increased read speed but possibly less compatibility. The read test works on the microSD card included with the GnM, but it fails on a SanDisk 1.0 GB microSD card from Taiwan.

oh my fucking god I just had a 3d print fail, while printing the most expensive filament I've ever printed
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
It's PLA filament from ProtoPasta with copper metal particulate mixed into the plastic blend. It's $100/kg, and my failed print is 149g of it.

supprised it took THIS LONG for intel to start making dGPU's

  • chrisrlink @ chrisrlink:
i wonder who'll wini the price war now with intel in the fray
  • chrisrlink @ chrisrlink:
then again they always say "Three's a crowd"
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@chrisrlink, does anyone really care though? Intel has never really been known for graphics performance, aside from the amazing transcode capabilities of Intel Quicksync. I can't see PC gamers for example moving over to Intel any time remotely soon since Intel hasn't established a position yet in the higher end gaming GPU market
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
More options is never a bad thing, of course. I just don't think it's going to cause any meaningful disruption to the stranglehold that Nvidia and AMD have
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
At least not for quite a few years
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Sicklyboy They do look like really good cards though. They have insane value (Not A-series value but still more than the 7600)

  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Sicklyboy I hope the b580 b570 are good so that gpu manufacturers will lower the markup

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Admittedly I haven't seen any specs/reviews yet so I'm not sure how any of it stacks up
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Guess I'll have to watch the Gamers Nexus video later! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1fEpWy9B0c
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Sicklyboy it hasn't released yet so we don't have review but here are intel provided benchmarks:

The data is a little bit weird. I would take this with a grain of salt that you could choke on

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    I thought that said 10x (10 TIMES) faster than a 4060 lmaoooo
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    I was like yeah, OK.
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I'm definitely interested to see how that pans out. Like I said, more options is never a bad thing. I mean, bad for intel maybe if it totally flops. But for real, hopefully it works well and there's more competition in the gaming GPU space.
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Sicklyboy The first one says %36 faster than the 4060 but I think the second one is right since the first one I screenshotted from a yt video

  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
Anyways, I'm excited for dec 12 when it launches so I can see the benchmarks and reviews

I stand by 3xxx series lasting a few more good years overpaying on gpus is dumb

  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@K3Nv2 Apparently the battlemage gpus are going to be really good value
