WOW! Where has the time gone? It seems like forever since I made my last blog post.
Anyway, I just thought I'd let you Tempers know that I'm not exactly abandoning anything I'm currently working on. I just have been very busy with my own personal life. It's been a wild ride, but I think I'm mostly sorted out since my last blog entry.
So, for those who haven't been following my GBAtemp groups, I'll catch you up to speed. Starting with the group that is the majority of my news, the Rock Band Customs Project group (link here, if you want to invite yourself: https://gbatemp.net/forums/the-rock-band-customs-project.437/), we've gotten a new owner over the holiday season (mainly during the raffle). His real name is Richard Jerome De Vries, but he goes by the name KnightRider on most accounts and runs the Knight Gaming Discord server and YouTube channel. KnightRider had been on my Discord server for a while before becoming a Project Member, advertising his custom songs in a dedicated channel. I was kind of in desperation of handing over ownership, as I knew that by keeping it I would not be able to take it in a better direction, so I called out several of my key members - Larsenv, Miramur, StackOverflow0x, Mikelman, GuitarGod27 - none of whom seemed interested. I didn't want to hand it off to Farottone since he already manages Rhythm Gaming World, which I formerly had connections to and know that it's knee-deep in issues. So, I asked KnightRider, and he said "Yes." I gave him the Discord, and made him co-owner of the GitLab Group.
I've also asked about the website layout, for anyone who does web design. I'm having an irritating issue with the table buttons; you can see that thread here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/website-homepage-layout-three-buttons-not-even-but-two-are.625115/
I'm still looking for members for my Guitar Hero Customs Project. Feel free to invite yourself to the group and ask questions, suggest ideas, etc. https://gbatemp.net/forums/the-guitar-hero-customs-project.470/
The Christian Gamers Group has had some interesting discussions. One agnostic Temper asked about what "encounters with God" are like, and I tried to answer as intelligently and as wisely as possible. I've started a couple of new threads in my crap-posting group A Completely Random Group! where I share funny comments on XDA articles and The AutoMerge Thread where I take GBAtemp's automerger and mess up its numerical values. That was fun!
