updates on my projects(for those who care)=fail

so recently I thought I would get in on this whole rom hacking translation thing after wanting to see these games translated but of course no one did and my reason for wanting those games translated is no longer here so about two month ago my new neighbor moved next door and he showed me hes ds collection and told me which ones he plays the most which happens to be these games and the only k-1 game on the ds so then after those games peaked my interest I went to the romhacking site and started reading up on how to do this stuff and of course I requested those games here except for the k-1 game because d3 publishing is bringing it here(who knows when) so then I started working on them and at some point I got confused and came here for some help and managed to get to the translation part and had the files ready to hand them off to some else so that they could translate them and do the graphics and everything else I did that by myself for all four games I was excited about finally playing the games but then some unforeseen issues came up like the ssd on my netbook dying and a relative getting sick so now I pretty much gave up and I must attend to matter at hand so now I'll just have to wait until or if someone does pick this up and I'll wait patiently remember its four games that I've been told text wise is easy to translate anyway corr0126 out

I was thinking about saying something about the complete lack of punctuation. That was the most painful block of text I've ever read.

That is called a blog, sharing your thoughts and stuff about you with no (absolutely none) emphasis on a rom hacking discussion. So what you did here is a BLOG ENTRY!

How hard is it to properly structure not only a sentence, but a paragraph also? :unsure:

In this day and age, anyone from an English speaking country/continent/county who has no grasp whatsoever of using grammar or how to properly use punctuation. Should be made to form a nice neat line, then battered silly with the Oxford English Dictionary until slightly unconscious. :teach:

Well he seems poor at English, leave him be. He was just asking if someone wanted to pick up what he finished and work on them.

please try posting a seperate topic for each and listing what you have specificly done?
example heres the download link with the control codes, pointers, string length, text to translate and translated text... could some programmer out there help me with an inserter extractor please?

if any of the above is missing like lack of pointers or control codes a programmer might not help you, so if you don't no what those are find out then - find them and put them in a nice easy to understand file... okay as these are what are needed for this. The pointers for sure the control codes to make things so much easier...

So do you have these for every game you need help with if not get them... and even then from the posts I am seeing I don't think anyone will
Maybe you should go this alone (you know do it without an inserter extractor - by yourself)

I don't like this thread...but I don't think there is a rule against it eigther...is there?

If you want to post us updates then got to http://blogspot.com sign up, make a blog, then post the link in your sig or something. But unless you are actually going to post some translation work, demos, screen shots, video or otherwise...this is all irrelevant.

Sounds more like a plea for someone to translate the games for you. I highly doubt you did the work to begin with.

To be honest I don't care what game it is, if you are translating it please learn how to use punctuations. Not trying to sound rude or anything, just saying it's very hard to read your first post.
