How exactly do you make a Penis shaped Mac & Cheese?

As for the puking, that's just a natural reaction to Mac & Cheese. That shit's DISGUSTING to look at, smell or taste... Maybe its just an american thing but personally I can't stand the stuff. It looks like its already been down and come back up.

but sometimes, me and my siblings talk about disgusting stuff while eating. but not disgusting pervy though.

No, it looked like some mac and chess at first, but then she told us to look at it closer. That's when I knew.
