The sun has already risen, I meant that the clouds are becoming more lighter in color. They were darker before, now they're lighter.

I'm sorry if I'm sounding dumb, I always get like this whenever it storms.

Prob just clouds shifting. You did say the wind was pretty strong. Only logical to assume they're carrying your dark clouds away to terrorize other people. LOL
