iplayer ds needs a SNES emulator

iplayer SNES emulator

This is possible but someone needs to program it first, this made me think of this because I got iplayer to play GBA games and it takes less power to run SNES compared to GBA. SneMul-ds has be dead for years and now we have more power and ram with iplayer, I don't fell like buying a super-card ds2 the last time I got a super card it looked smashed buy a hammer, it was not a fake the real thing because I opened up the thing and compared the images from the fakes and the real ones. The Super Card ds2 is for more money I will not buy one.

You will never get any homebrew specifically developed for the iPlayer as the SDK has not been released so no one can programme anything for it.

So how was the GBA emulator programed?
How did the emulator get programed?, magic I think there is a way to get the code someone needs to find the person to get it, we need a better SNES emulator.
Does any one know where he or she is?

It was developed by DarkChan who is part of the team that developed the iPlayer.

The SDK is never going to be released to the public. The few people who do have it will not release the SDK to you.

If you are really that desperate for a SNES emulator then buy a SCDS2 or buy an iSMM which can do very poor SNES emulation though Dingux.

BTW did you know that the iPlayer was developed and built buy the Supercard Team so you've owned a Supercard product all this time.

Iplayer is a test product made by supercard, they enhanced the design and later released the DSTWO.

They have discontinued the iPlayer, they only offer a limited support (updates for new DSi firmwares).

If you want extra features (new emulators, semi-public SDK, 3DS compatibility, DS game compatibility) buy yourself a DSTWO.

proof! I need proof! I will take that if I have proof.
If you have proof that iplayer is made by super card than I will buy that, but that's most likely a lie or do you believe everything you hear or see on the internet?

Proof... proof... proof... hmm...

Ever heard of "google"?

Alternatively, ask AW. I'm sure he will gladly tell you.

Why the fuck would you buy a iPlayer?

:wtf:
You're a very angry, very stupid person.
Calm down, seriously.
You could just buy an AceKard or R4, as they both have SNES emulation.
Or do you not believe that either, as it's on the internet?

There is also that :rofl2:
iplayer SNES emulator
there is a project i read about on a japanese blog. they were trying to get the scds2 SFC emu working on the iplayer by messing with the plugins. they said something about getting it loading but i think they were just talking about the plugin icon. google translator isn't the best so maybe it is working.

iplayer/ismarmm will probably never has an sdk. supercard doesn't want to support their lower-end flash kit (yes the iplayer and ismartmm are supercards). they aren't even supporting the scds2 sdk from what i remember.

i have the proof that the ismart mm IS the iplayer (exact same hardware, just rebranded) and that supercard codes the menu updates for the ismart mm. i also have proof that ismartds purchased the rights to distribute the iplayer as the ismart mm direct from supercard. why do i have this proof? well, i save all my e-mails and i have a bunch of contacts in this hobby. i don't need to publish that proof and you can take my word for it if you want. i know what i know and i know its true.

Thank you evo.lve, shlong and Another World for dealing with this fool.

I was going to type a response but quite frankly I found his stupidity so incredulous it was difficult to put anything down that was not too insulting.

Well I just have always dreamed the it would be possible, and that I just wanted to see if someone could help all the people that have iplayer for the stupid stuff that people posted about there being one and that all those years gone by and never being one that worked, the snes emulater for Slot 1 ds snemulds does not work at all if you won't to play games with it, I think it might only be possible if someone would do something about it and make it work for the people and me.

and I have a Acekard2i I got iplayer not for it's music and videos but for emulation.
and I want buy the whole iplayer was made buy stuff I don't give a s***, you can try to tell me everything but the only thing wrong about everything you say is that people that make everything that is a flashcard or a kit, is hiding from the cops and law suites and probably moves to another location often to hide, they will never tell you everything, so that everything you hear on the net that's not the the flashcard makers website was a lie made by a person to make you think that.

DS Homebrew SNES emulation is not the same as hardware accelerated SNES emulation (neither of which are perfect, but hey they work).
And this is a very viable request, you don't need to lash out at the OP just because he isn't the best at phrasing things. (Okay so it was a demand, not a request).

The SDK was leaked, I am aware of at least 3 people who have it. Also the actual origins of the iPlayer can be traced back to a factory that the M3/G6/R4 Team have used, as well as the same shipping depot. So nobody knows for sure where it's from, there's just speculation all over the shop.

Also DarkChen was not a member of the original team, if memory serves me correctly, he just sold his code to Team SuperCard (off topic: it's long since overdue for an update, to maintain comparability with other front-ends, such as BAGPlug).

Because it came out a full year earlier? I mean really now, it's a superior quality product in terms of user interface (dual menus anyone?) and in terms of build quality (I own both). I put off buying a SCDS2 for a while because I already had an iPlayer, but then I was lucky enough to get a rather tempting offer (which I obviously went for). Before that, I was fine with my AceKard 2i.

EDIT: Interesting information Another World, Although you are of course disregarding the obvious possibility that the tech behind and the licensing rights to the iPlayer were sold to the SuperCard team. Which is the most likely case scenario.

You are aware of 3 people who say they have it. If they actually had it then they would've done something with it, either develop something or release it themselves.

if someone gets the code do you think that it will work?, I think I just wanted to just start a fine topic. Do you want there to be a SNES emulator?

@acemaster1993 It's possible, the iPlayer and the DS2 are very similar hardware wise. But I doubt you'll find anyone with both the resources and the willingness to do it. You're better off investing in a SuperCard DSTWO, which has some fine homebrew support.

Alternatively they might be aware of the lack of interest, or involved in bigger and better projects. Stop being so self-centered, your logic isn't the only logic.
