Headaches Galore.

Pretty much I've been getting minor headaches more than usual. Though one got so bad that it made my eye water and twitch a bit. It's really been bothering me.

duskye have you been stressed lately if its that take long walks with your pet meditate go out to a peaceful area like a park or a mountain hike ect. trust me those do help

It depends on the type of headache you're getting....

.... I myself have always suffered from 'mild' migrane - a deep down dull throbbing around one of the temples (usually with nausea & aversion to bright lights), while a 'normal' headache is usually a 'tightness' usually across the forehead or back of neck

'Headaches' are usually brought on by stress, high blood pressur, or if the body is de-hydrated or generally 'under-the weather'

'Migranes' unfortunately can be virtually anything - sleep (lack off AND even too much), stress, allergic reaction to something & even the weather can cause them to happen... usually Migranes also run in the family (both my Dad & Grandfather suffered from them)

The 'Eye watering' & 'Twitch' though is unusual - but IIRC they are usually related to migranes

Yeah, it happened for 10 seconds and then stopped. I actually took more headache medicine then I would usually take for when I get headaches. I must of had 4 a day when I was on my trip.

It could be allergies. I have bad allergies in spring/early summer (They're starting to act up now), and I get headaches a lot. My eyes are actually watering from allergies as I type this. XD

I usually get headaches or pain in my eye after playing video games too much (Like 14 hours per day). But I don't think that is your problem:
...of had 4 a day when I was on my trip.
So maybe it is an allergy, migraine or high blood pressure.

Try drinking something with a lot of caffeine like coffee or Mountain Dew. It may or may not work (it shouldn't make it worse though), and it is worth a shot. It always helps when I have headaches. It never does much for a full migraine, but you don't really notice the change between extreme pain and slightly less extreme pain.
