Weirdest thing happen to me in Portal 2.

All chapters are unlocked by default.

Yeah, i remember having all chapters unlocked before finishing the game.

Correct. You can see (I didn't test if they were selectable) all the levels as soon as you start up... or at the very least, immediately after starting a game and exiting and restarting.

I checked, and they were all visible but able to be chosen.
