Dorian is hitting hard :/

Well I'm in the middle of this hurricane and there's already over 380k people without power and counting. My power has been flickering constantly and I'm worried that it will go out. I've seen many videos of locals with trees downed, storm surge is making water levels rise at ridiculous rates and flooding is occurring. I got no pictures to show but I'm sure the aftermath people will be posting the damage so I might gather some and post them depending my situation. 160km/h winds are crazy and 150mm of rain is expected

It went all the way to Canada? Jeez it just passed through the Carolina's yesterday, today it was all sunny out like nothing happen.

I wouldn't worry about the power going out. The power going out is the least to worry about. It also seems like in that one picture those construction cranes were not secured. I have been though a few storms as i live in south Florida. Stay safe.

The pure Forces of Nature.impressive and very scary.

Britain also gets a little from Dorian by next week but in anattenuate Version.
Here where I live we can "slowly" imagine about such destruction and natural power.:(
