Sony finally Joining the Xbox side

just saw the news. PlayStation cloud and all other PlayStation online services are going to be powered by Xbox servers. All starting with the Xbox cloud, next xboxes and PS5s. Going to be great to see universal play between all platforms. Don’t forget Nintendo and Steam are highly rumored to be switching to Xbox servers as well!

So, all the security of Sony Rookits with all the hardware stability of Xbox 360 red rings? I can't wait as Sony and Microsoft too burn through money as they compete with Google's financial conflagration.

I assume they will remain separate subscriptions for the time being. Remember Netflix videos are (were?) on Amazon servers. While the original Hulu web player used to be used by several different non-pirate websites. Maybe a combo deal will be worked, so ps+, xbpremuim and maybe Nintendo Sonline for a single price.

Yup. Instead of send a link to news staff chary like I usually do, I posted a blog. Mainly cause I was at work and my original source was gameexplain. I know many do not appreciate them being used as a source for information.
