My late Winter + early Spring project:

I'm building bartop arcade cabinet from scratch! It's made from MDF, and I've only gotten the basic parts glued and screwed together so far, but I'm not in any rush. I'm taking my time, and really stretching this out. I'm not a good wood worker by any means, but I do okay.

Thanks, I will sad it when everything is attached, so it looks very rough right now. (Kind of wish it had a cam-lock system for assembly, but whatever.) Blue and screws is a bit more work, and I'm the type of guy that goes over the measurements and alignment a million times before committing to a decision. I'll keep posting progress as time goes on. Gotta hunt down some sweet NES graphics now and some red LED buttons on ebay.

Jayro, could it be there was a certain other project, posted on gbatemp, that might have inspired you ;) Your bartop will be awesome, I am sure.

Uh, no? I've been trying to build a bartop arcade since last year, I just didn't have the startup money at the time. What project are you referring to?

Ok and now you are building up the same in another form facor, I see. Btw. did you tried/managed to emulate Sturmwind on your Retrobox? This is the only puzzle piece left to close my arcade project.
