I'm listening to a compilation of Shin-chan songs I put together back, and hearing those familiar voices just reminded me of how good of a year it was back then. It wasn't perfect but for me it was definitely better than 2015-2017. Kind of simpler times, terrorist attacks weren't as common in the west nor did I care for politics in 2011 either (it only started on late 2016 when I got into said subjects -- due to the nonsense of sexism this, misogyny that).
