(also itd be highly unstable and unnesecary as youd already have the required files)

It's alright, your logic made sense, as that is a way to launch cfw; however it's very unstable and risky. Just try testing your guides next time, alright? :)

i will try but i may not be able to test it some times as it wont work because of something already installed in this case a9lh

No dude, this isn't helping at all. How can we trust your MEGA download of Luma3DS when we've recently had controversy involving modified versions of hacks/starter kits from a big youtuber who took the rights of someone else's work and bricked systems due to a file that wasn't supposed to be there? It's too dangerous, I recommend you remove this to be sure, or at best maybe a mod could do it?

Here's another reason why your MEGA is a bad thing : Luma3DS is already very easily available on the official github, always at the latest version; Your version will most likely be outdated in a matter of weeks, so if someone stumbles upon this thread and downloads your version they're risking a brick (if you modified it with those intentions, that is, or if a newer version fixes a regressive change), you never know with stuff like that.

Call me cynical, but when you're dealing with complicated hacks that can render someone's gaming system unusable, you don't f*ck around.

THis is because the luma3ds main repo was hacked, so this is the latest safe build before the repo was wiped.

I would expect the original author of Luma to have uploaded his work on another code repository service, or at least have someone trusted within the community to have a clone of the repo before the attack.

YOU SON OF A bEaCH, YOU MODAFOCA BECAUSE OF YOU MY 3DS WAS BRICKED.... in my dream because i dreamed that my 3ds was bricked.

It used safehax to load luma's a9lh bin file, but this method didnt have brick protection and used an unstable loader. Much more risky than a9lh.

Yeah, it works fine (sometimes) but the whole point is that it has no brick protection, so if you brick while using the cfw you're screwed.

It's not that we don't like you or that you aren't being helpful. It's that you are trying to start big without actually testing or knowing what you are doing. If you don't know something, that's ok, practice makes perfect. But always start small and work your way up, grow to understand what you are getting into.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
