windows 98 machines where good when it was out, but times change

make a n64 game? lol you will need knowledge and dev stuff for that
will probally play them okish tho, even my android mobile can run n64 games

5.1 surround is standard now with any motherboard and has been a while

its all about the processors, graphics card, RAM
go to control panel, then Computer Management, device manager
will tell you what the machine has got, post that here and we can inform you more

All I know is that its windows xp and the hard drive is 40 gb I don't have it yet he has to work a lot so its going to be like 2 weaks before I get it also he was useing it to make music. That's all I know so far when I have it I'll tell you all about it but the grafics look pretey good for xp.

ahah! again? dude its not easy how you think, to make a N64 game, making a n64 game is hard for your knowledge, even for me, making that will need proper programming and etc. read the thread, read my post.

Hm, its gonna be hard for you to find it, so ill paste it instead!

[Hm, read more books to improve your english skills, but making a N64 video game makes us all laugh. It has to be licsensed by Nintendo, and other stuff, besides, N64 stopped being supported long ago. Have you saw anyone else making one, at these days?/quote]

I downloaded a sdk I can't say whare I downloaded it tho because its a rom site

No it does not have to be licsensed by nintendo besides this is a homebrew and I'm emulating it with project 64 and meby I'll get a n64 and a 64drive to test it on a real n64. I know it takes knowage of c++.

Trust me there is no point to makeing an n64 game. I've tried similar things in the past. Also I'm almost certain the n64 uses the C programming language not C++. C is outdated so it would be a waste of time to learn it. I love n64 games too but it is not practical to attempt to make homebrew. If you are really serious about programming learn java its pretty easy to learn and use.

Wasn't the N64 notoriously hard to develop for? And that was when they had teams of people working on titles. I'd not waste your time. Judging by what you're saying it's a pretty awful computer too - it may not run the games never mind make them. But then my old netbook could run Project64 pretty well so you never know.

This computer can run project 64 I know because my brother let me use my flash drive on his computer.he said it has a ok prosserser that would let him use his music studio. I looked at the sdk and its ment for windows 98 and mel.so the computer should work but I'm thinking to also make a gba homebrew game to

Ubuntu looks cool might just get that on my computer its still capable of a lot of things its not a very old computer just the hard drive is under standerd

Seriously you need to know proper English or else your code will not work correctly
