Help with Switch Filesystem

So after i homebrewed my wii u, i was looking to put in the Sonic Mania port. I take out my switch's micro sd card, and looked for data.rsdk, and.. well...

I DONT KNOW WHAT ANY OF THIS MEANS!!

Does anyone know where the .rsdk file might be? it would be greatly appreciated.
