Hacking ZombiU update vs Wii U 5.4.0 update

Hello!

I would like to know if there is any secure way to update a game, ZombiU in this case, without updating Wii U. My Wii U is on 5.3.2 version and I have blocked the main URLs via OpenDNS but ZombiU wants to be updated.

Do you know any workaround to get ZombiU updated without risk?

so far no you must wait for a awhile while the homebrew scene picks up so people can get emunand working and such for the gameupdates, you can still play games without updating them, my AC3 asks me to update everytime i run it but i dont becuase i want to keep 5.3.2 but i can play the game just fine.

The reason why I want to update ZombiU is because the patch will fix some bugs and frame rate issues but you're right, we can still play avoiding the update.
