YayMii, you could make a LOL version of the game...just like Pokémon Platinum - Enhanced Edition. I loved how the Creator of Enhanced Platinum changed the normal text into funny kinds of texts.

(EX: Saving...Don't Turn Off the Power. ----> Saving...Get yourself a Coffee.)

it couldve been worse. i say go for the lulz patch for the english version. also, what happened to the notes in ur engrish patch? other than that i love your patch, and congratz for having the patience. i got thenewpoketext to try it, and it takes WAY too much patience for me.

A lulz version sounds like a decent idea but I'd wait for the US release and use that as a base.

I played through the entire SS version in Japanese and pretty much made up my own story as I went on so I have a few ideas. For example, Elm's wife and son were actually hostages being held by him. And before boarding the Magnet Train the policeman tries to perform a strip search on you and your Pokemon.

Haha, don't worry, this isn't gonna turn into a Pokeporno. There would be no new sprites made, just the text I presume Frogmyster? In which case; sounds funny XD

I was also thinking, what if we get rid of the main characters sprites, and replace them with the pokemon at the top of the party? so you can be a huge Lugia flapping round

with people being able to talk to it...

A random lulz version would be easier to make since it's just a case of replacing whatever text you can find although a Pokemon-Trainer role reversal sounds cool. I'd say work on the lulz version and once that's finished maybe attempt switching sprites around.

I'd say go all-out. Anything that could be changed, do it. Have pokemon in charge of gyms, pokemon battle trainers, and anything else XD

a game where youre the pokemon will be great seriously, ill love to replace pokemon with other persons or characters (weeeeeeee just imagine it lugiaor suicune or articunoor...(the list could go long)=Kos-Mos ) it would be a lot of fun, but there are some problems, for example:how will you evolve ,the two main pokemon (being ss and hh lugia and ho-oh as main characters will be strange and original seriously think of it, and plus being a legendary pokemon will solve the problem of evolution),

hohoho just imagine it , im an almighty powerful pokemon lets play with humans as if rhey were mere dolls ohohoho.

people would like to do sprites for the peoplemon or however you call them, wee i really would like to see kos-mos in the game (i will put great effort on the spriting oh there are so much characters that i would like to see as pokemons Cough kirakishou Cough)

but its your desicion i just gived my opinion, gosh just imagine doing things as changing the attack names it would really be a lot of fun please tell me if you like the idea

Well, I don't need people to make sprites. Pokémon already have overworld sprites. I'd just need someone to swap the sprites with the trainer's sprites.

Should I make a Pikachu and Meowth as boy and girl then?

JUST REALIZED... Most trainers don't have back sprites. How's everybody's thoughts on making some sort of slavery kinda thing (you're a Pokémon, and you catch Pokémon)?

Is the LANCE version compatible with AR codes? like taking the normal AR codes for SS and applying them to LANCE's version?

Yes, but you need to match the ID in the Cheat database using R4cce.

How's everybody's thoughts on making some sort of slavery kinda thing (you're a Pokémon, and you catch Pokémon)?

I think for that to work the player would have to be some kind of legendary, or perhaps a psychic type using some kind of mind control. But it'd be pretty funny - Abra sent out Rayquaza.

Anyway I've finally got my head around thenewpoketext and have found a few lines for some basic stuff so just in case you need them I've got them written down.

I like the Pokemon catching Pokemon idea, but maybe, just change the text to "be-friended" or something, :L

And if you start as the legendary (SS = Lugia, HG = Ho-Oh), we could change the story to be that you must assemble a highly-skilled team of Pokemon to battle the evil Lord Pokemon (legendary of the opposite game)....or something

i dont know since people preferences about the pokemons may be diferent, for example i prefer lugia and im a boy.

id say that an option will be making lugia the main for ss and ho-oh for hh, or doing the female and male lugia on ss and the male and female ho-oh for hh.

or just dont ask to people if they are girl or boy, you could ask them something like: you fill identified with the sea or the sky, with water or fire, wisdom(Lugia) or courage(ho-oh),....
