So I removed all the capictors on the rail, and they tested good. When I went to test where they connected to I noticed a problem. The first on the left measure a countity of 11.9 all the way to the 4th but on the 5th(C8E1) and all the way down it measures 0.01. is it the cooper coils that went bad?
