Some more info would be really helpful. Are you pressing X to install to the HDD? Is there any specific error codes when attempting to install?

i think i fixed it
but anyway heres my error anyway

Error: 0xFFFCFFE9 access failed (no USB storage attached?)

i turned off usb sleep mode
