Gaming [WoodM3] Game hangs after touching screen

Hey guys!

Hope you can help. I have a M3DS Real with Wood M3 (Wood R4 based) and a DSi. The game I want to play is Meitantei Conan (JP) but it boots then I'm at the start screen of it. When I touch the screen to start, it hangs. I tried one game more, still the same. I tried it on a R4DS (running Wood R4) on a DS Lite still no success. It could be the issue on the firmware. Anyone have a solution? Thank you for any help!

PS: I "contacted" the hoster where I got the Wood M3 and I still wait for a reply.

    Are you near sea/salt water, or in general they just don't last. Sounds like if you driving a mercedes, you need a garage. I get snow n ice here so nothing worse than clearing that shit off at 6am rushing to get to work.
