Hardware with which firmware are current new 3DS xl sold

Hello,

I can buy a brand new new 3DS XL at fair price but i obviously want a 11.2 firmware max

I think current 3DS are not sold with the last firmware in date but to be sure i prefer ask the specialist here. For info, i live in france.

You can find them with 11.2 or lower depending on the model you buy and how long they have had stock. Haven't heard of any with 11.3 on the market yet.

There still hasn't been enough time for 11.3 systems to hit the market. It takes upwards to 10 weeks for them to leave China and several weeks from there for them to get out of the warehouses.

Friend recently got a brand new one on 9.2 ._.
My Pikachu 3DS came brand new with 11.2

So it's still safe to get one, just make sure to not buy used, it could've been updated to 11.3

I have this same question in April....need to buy one...want it under 11.3....
