Just a couple potential ideas...
You could possibly make the whole "Shadow Pokemon Aura" appear by editing the Shiny Pokemon graphical effect. It'd probably be easier to edit the game altogether so that Shiny Pokemon can be caught, even when owned by trainers, instead of trying to set it specifically on each Pokemon or something of that sort.
You could implement Hyper Mode/Reverse Mode by making some changes the Pokemon Amie or Traded Pokemon effects. Such as, in the actual games, traded Pokemon will not obey until certain badge requirements are obtained and Pokemon that are maxed with Amie will do things like "added attack" 'n stuff.
So did you extract the entire player model and edited it in blender?Actually, just Blender. I found a model rip of Wes online, with the textures already mapped. All I had to do was scale it to the right size and replace the head portion of the model with it.

So it doesnt change any facial expressions or anything right? And can you replace an entire body and it work properly witbout being stuck in a T?Nah, you can extract individual "parts" in Ohana, and I just exported the head and used it for position & scale reference when putting Wes' head over.
