Sorry if i ask,but i don't have enough space on my computer,and also it could be a kinda test. Can someone export models from a game form me and pass me them?Send me a pm if you can...
Convert it to TGA and use the tool in NW4C, which you can find on Ryanrocks's Pastebin. Its called something like "tgatobch.exe" or something.
This is actually wrong. BCH files are a combination of a model and a texture, although its common for one to have only a texture, or only a model, such as in SSB4, which uses BCH files for textures, but uses a separate file type for models.

@Asia81 , scratch that. What you actually have to do is use the program in the folder called "TextureConverter" to convert your TGA into a CTEX file. Then open NW4C_h3dbincvtr.exe in the "bin" folder with your CTEX to convert to BCH.

Shit, I have no luck.
I can export PNG to TGA using the Photoshop sdk plugin, but after idk.
I tried TGA -> CTEX, but no luck, I have this line:

Sorry, I made a mistake. What you're actually supposed to do is open it with NW4C_h3dbincvtr.exe in the "bin" folder. Sorry!

Actually, I'm forgetting my external hard drive is in limbo so I wouldn't be able to right now anyway.
